    Yeah, I remember that was an interesting episode because I agreed with Dreher that the seminarians doing a Star Wars parody was retarded. I think Kathleen did also. Everyone else was giving the man a hard time about it.

    But for the record, I loved "Life is Beautiful" which ASAIK is Benigni's magnum opus. OTOH, he was fairly annoying in that awful "Son of the Pink Panther" film. However I chalked that up mainly to bad writing--every performance in the movie was agonizingly bad.

    I vaguely recall that.

    I also recall slamming some seminarians for doing an album by "The Priestie Boyz" with the ecstatic saint sculpture on the cover. that was on a welborn thread. I guess I thought a little propriety and discretion was to be expected on the part of said seminarianz. welborn deleted the thread.

    anyway, in general I object to seminarians doing stupid shit on youtube. (I mean, at least make it good!)

    "ASAIK" should be AFAIK, as in "as far as I know".

    See, you screw up an abbreviation and then you have to type even more than you would have to if you just wrote everything out. It's like getting a speeding ticket when you're late.

    Much less a Manifesto that still allows one to enjoy the Nouveau Beaujolais. (For another trip down memory lane from about the same time as the Benigni Test.)
