One for the "Bwa-ha-ha" file

This is funny.

Blanche Lincoln needs to reach out to seniors so badly that she even dared to interrupt a Bingo game.

“Nobody told me we’d be honored with Ms. Lincoln’s presence,” the announcer said somewhat sarcastically at a senior center where some 25 people had gathered on a Thursday morning. “We’ll hold a little while, I guess.”

"Somewhat sarcastically." Love it. Check out the picture, it's hilarious. Not a happy camper.

  1. Some of these politicians are having to reach out to actual people (icky!) for the first time in a long time.

  2. I was listening to just a couple minutes of CSPAN radio today (I know, I know). There were two knucklehead congressmen, presumably one of each flavor, who were talking about their efforts toward improving bipartisanship in Congress.

One of them actually said, in response to a caller, that Congressmen should spend more time in Washington rather than in their districts. Because that's how Congressmen learn to like each other and then work together to solve the Nation's problems.

The next caller (should have been me!) posed that we less government, not more. The Congressmen's response amounted to "Does-Not-Compute".

They are clueless. Vote them out.
